Annamayya Jayanthi Utsavam
Annamacharya, who was born in 1408, composed 32,000 Sankeerthans eulogising Lord Venkateswara. The programme, 'Laksha Gala Sankirthanarchana', was organised jointly by Silicon Andhra(India),Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD), and the Department of Culture, State of Andhra Pradesh .The organisers said 160,000 people sang the keerthanas in one voice. Renowned Carnatic musician M. Balamurali Krishna, singer Kavitha Krishnamurthy and her husband L. Subramanyam and Garimella Balakrishna Prasad led 160,000 singers, both professionals and amateurs.
International Kuchipudi Dance Convention
SiliconAndhra organised 5 Intentional Kuchipudi Conventions so far to bring 5 generations of Kuchipudi Artistes from different countries onto single platform. Created 4 Guinness World Records by performing Kuchipudi and drawn International Media attention towards 600 years old Indian Classical Dance form from Andhra Pradesh
SANJIVANI Hospital
Ravi Prakash SiliconAndhra SANJIVANI - 200 Bed Multi-specility Hospital in Kuchipudi Village serving more than 1 lakh people from 150 villages. Silicon Andhra adopted the historic Kuchipudi village in Andhra Pradesh, India in April 2015. From then on Silicon Andhra has taken up to develop basic infrastructure like cement concrete roads, class rooms in government school, Panchayat Office, bus stand, trash pick-up, construction of Individual Septic Latrines and tree plantation. Silicon Andhra won many laurels and awards from the people and the government.
